In her artwork, Sandra expresses the emotions stirred by nature's changing cycles and the deep love she feels while immersed in these desert environments. It is in Joshua Tree where she truly connects with herself as an artist.

Sandra studied art at Pasadena City College, taking courses in life drawing, oil painting, and acrylic techniques. A lifelong learner and as a self-taught artist, she continues to take art classes to refine her skills and expand her creative potential. She has completed numerous commissions, including landscapes and expressionistic portraits of women.
